Spewing is to eject forcefully any contents in the stomach through mouth. There are a number of reasons that cause vomiting. One of them is an over consumption of any materials which may be harmful to keep it inside the body (and brain). When rumination and contemplation are producing enormous contents and the body is unable to absorb, the only way to keep yourself in sanity is to spew it all.
